SLA 3D Printing Overview
This 3D printing technology was first developed in the late 80’s and it’s still considered one of the most used additive manufacturing processes in the world together with FDM.
Our SLA machines use a UV sensitive photopolymer and a high powered laser that cures the resin layer by layer.
Once the print is completed our technicians carefully remove the object from the build platform and wash off any excess resin before proceeding to support removal and sanding.
